Returns Policy
Goods may be exchanged or returned within 1 month with proof of purchase. For hygiene or safety reasons the following items can only be returned providing they are in their original condition (including the packaging) and have not been worn, opened, assembled or used and any seals on the product remain unbroken: cosmetics, hats, hosiery, lingerie, men’s underwear, swimwear, personal grooming products, duvets, pillows and mattress & pillow protectors. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Boundary Outlet gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods in all Boundary stores except BB’s Cafes. Only Boundary Outlet gift vouchers can be used in our stores.
A further 10% off discount with the Privilege Club offer excludes the purchase of gift vouchers. M&S Outlet Colne accepts both M&S and Boundary Outlet gift vouchers. Boundary Outlet Stores gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Boundary Outlet gift vouchers can only be exchanged for goods of equal value, or as part payment for goods of a higher value than their face value. The change will not be given if it is exchanged for goods less than their face value. For any merchandise purchase paid by vouchers, where the transaction value is less than the face value of the voucher, cash change of up to and including £0.99 will be provided. Any excess change requirements will be paid in new vouchers. The refund of all merchandise purchased using vouchers will be paid in new vouchers. This does not affect your statutory rights. Boundary Outlet Stores gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Social Media, Competitions, Prize Draws & Survey Terms & Conditions
By participating, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All prize winners will be notified within 7 days of the prize draw/competition closing. We reserve the right to request proof of a prize winner’s identity in the form of a passport or driver’s license and proof of address in the form of a utility bill. If a prize winner cannot provide us with proof of identity reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another prize winner. The winner is able to collect from one of our Boundary Outlet Stores. We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged. Winners are selected at random. Boundary Stores employees and concession partners cannot enter. Only one entry per person will be counted. Competition Winner’s Vouchers issued can only be redeemed once. - Employees of Boundary Outlet, concessions within the Boundary Store group, Libra Textiles LTD and/or those associated with the operation of the promotion are ineligible to enter the Boundary Outlet Customer Survey Prize Draw.
- Entry is dependent on full completion and submission of your email address within the Prize Draw period. Entrants must opt in to enter the prize draw by entering their email address when completing the survey.
- Each survey completed shall receive one (1) entry to the current draw. Each person, unique email address to a maximum of one (1) survey completion per survey per store.
- By entering, contestants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions of the Promoter will be final and binding on all entrants.
3. The Prize
- Five prizes of £50 paid in the form of Boundary Outlet gift vouchers.
- One £50 gift voucher will be awarded to each of the winners picked at random at the end of the prize draw. The prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
- No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Boundary Outlet will not be liable where the prize has been lost, damaged or stolen following delivery and such prizes will not be replaced.
