Returns Policy
Goods may be exchanged or returned within 1 month with proof of purchase. For hygiene or safety reasons the following items can only be returned providing they are in their original condition (including the packaging) and have not been worn, opened, assembled or used and any seals on the product remain unbroken: cosmetics, hats, hosiery, lingerie, men’s underwear, swimwear, personal grooming products, duvets, pillows and mattress & pillow protectors. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To take advantage of any Boundary Outlet Privilege Family member offers and/or incentives at selected periods the Boundary Outlet Privilege Family member must present their Privilege Family promotional invitation/ App/email or gold card in-store at the time of purchase and /or redemption. Privilege Family offers and incentives will not be applied retrospectively if the member does not present their Privilege Family promotional invitation/ App/email or gold card at the time of purchase and/or redemption. Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Boundary Outlet gift vouchers can be exchanged for goods in all Boundary stores except BB’s Cafes. Only Boundary Outlet gift vouchers can be used in our stores.
A further 10% off discount with the Privilege Club offer excludes the purchase of gift vouchers. M&S Outlet Colne accepts both M&S and Boundary Outlet gift vouchers. Boundary Outlet Stores gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Boundary Outlet gift vouchers can only be exchanged for goods of equal value, or as part payment for goods of a higher value than their face value. The change will not be given if it is exchanged for goods less than their face value. For any merchandise purchase paid by vouchers, where the transaction value is less than the face value of the voucher, cash change of up to and including £0.99 will be provided. Any excess change requirements will be paid in new vouchers. The refund of all merchandise purchased using vouchers will be paid in new vouchers. This does not affect your statutory rights. Boundary Outlet Stores gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
M&S Outlet Sheffield is a concession partner of Boundary Outlet. Sparks, Gift cards and e-gift cards are unable to be accepted in this store

By participating, entrants confirm they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All prize winners will be notified within 7 days of the prize draw/competition closing. We reserve the right to request proof of a prize winner’s identity in the form of a passport or driver’s license and proof of address in the form of a utility bill. If a prize winner cannot provide us with proof of identity reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another prize winner. The winner is able to collect from one of our Boundary Outlet Stores. We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated prizes with prizes that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged. Winners are selected at random. Boundary Stores employees and concession partners cannot enter. Only one entry per person will be counted. Competition Winner’s Vouchers issued can only be redeemed once.
