Our Heritage:
Arvind Mistry, at the age of 26, started The Hot Water Bottle Shop with a sewing machine and a dream in Station Street, Loughborough. For 25 years, Arvind and his wife Rama designed and manufactured hot water bottle covers in the UK. The peak of our production saw over 1 million covers per year, distributed through wholesalers to the pharmacy and gift retail markets. In 2023, Arvind and Rama entrusted the stock and brand to Valley Solutions, ensuring the legacy lives on.
