With an increasing number of people opting for non alcoholic options you can celebrate the day enjoying your favourite tipple. Dartington Crystal have sourced a fantastic mocktail recipe to try this month. Give this cocktail the finishing touch it deserves and serve in a Dartington Crystal Home Bar Gin Goblet.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

–       2 ounces of non-alcoholic gin

–       4ounces of tonic water

–       ½ lime

Instructions: 

1. Fill a chilled cup with ice
2. Add 2 ounces of non-alcoholic gin 
3. Squeeze in the juice of one lime wedge
4. Top with 4 ounces of good quality tonic like Fever Tree
5. Add the juice of another lime wedge
6. Stir with your bar spoon
7. Garnish with a lime slice
